Day 1 Welcome to Tanzania

Arrive into Tanzania’s Kilimanjaro Airport on your international flight where a Moyo Team will meet and assist you. Thereafter our Driver guide will transfer you to the beautiful Gran Melia Arusha. The integrated luxury design and the stunning views of Mount Meru will make your first day unique. Enjoy a luxury stay and be sure to visit their Craftsmanship project called Sanaa during your free time. Dinner and overnight at Gran Melia.

Driving Distance: 1 Hour from Kilimanjaro Airport

Day 2 ARUSHA TO SERENGETI

After breakfast you will be transferred to Arusha Airport for your early flight to Serengeti. We will arrive at the Seronera Airstrip. Please note the baggage is restricted to soft Duffel bags with 15 Kgs only and 7 Kgs Hand Baggage On arrival at the Airstrip you will be met and transferred to Melia Serengeti Lodge with an enroute game drive. The Lodge is Surrounded by wildlife and the infinite sky of the endless land with commanding views from its hilltop location over millions of acres of the Serengetis endless plains Check in and Lunch followed by a short siesta. Day 3 and 4 SERENGETI AND ITS ENDLESS PLAINS

Over the next two days, your driver guide will plan lovely game drives, picnic lunches and activities for you so that you make the most of your time in Serengeti and ensure you get a life enriching experience of the worlds greatest wilderness. Early morning and afternoon game drives with relaxation in between or exhilarating full day game drives with picnic lunches to enjoy the massive wildlife preserve. All dinners at the Melia Serengeti.
During your stay we will enjoy a special sundowner at the Melia Serengeti from where you will enjoy the sun going down.

Day 5/span> SERENGETI TO NGORONGORO CONSERVATION AREA

This morning a relaxed breakfast followed by departure for a game drive through the Ngorongoro Conservation area into the Ngorongoro Crater, a sight to behold forever. The Lodge is at the top of the hills of the World’s largest intact volcanic caldera, your experience will rise to another level.
Check in and lunch followed by afternoon at leisure to enjoy the views of the Crater. Take in a short nap after the many game drives at Serengeti this afternoon. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Melia

Driving Time: Around 4 hrs via game drive from Serengeti Melia Lodge

Day 6/span> NGORONGORO

After breakfast, you will depart with picnic lunch for a full day game drive to the Crater. You will see amazing and varied wildlife here including Elephant, Lion, Zebra, Wildebeest, Hyena, Flamingo, Warthog, Rhino and many other plains game except for Giraffe which you will find in the Conservation area. Return to the lodge and an Evening at Leisure

Day 7/span> NGORONGORO TO ZANZIBAR

After breakfast, we depart for Arusha. Enroute you will stop at the finest gallery in Africa, the African Gallery for some shopping followed by arrive into Arusha Airport for your flight to Zanzibar. On arrival at Zanzibar Airport you will be met and transferred to Melia Zanzibar, which is the perfect hotel to let comfort be brought to you. The white sand beach, crystal clear water, swimming pools, restaurants, activities, experiences and the last touch to an unforgettable holiday in Africa.

Day 8 and 9/span> ZANZIBAR

Full days at leisure. During your stay you will enjoy a half day excursion to visit the Spice Gardens and enjoy an educational and interactive tour of the gardens followed by a short shopping tour in Stone Town and then return to the hotel for a late lunch, All meals and overnight at Melia Zanzibar

Day 10/span> HOMEBOUND

After breakfast you will be transferred to Zanzibar Airport for your flight back home.

Safari Vehicle
Our Safari Vehicles are designed to give you comfort and space to enjoy a wonderful experience of natural wildlife sightings. Baggage Space is strictly restricted so please do not over pack as you will need to leave back extra baggage at a cost of Storage and Transportation. The Safari vehicles are open from the top and non air conditioned.

  1. Please note that complimentary drinking water is not served during meals in Kenya. This has to be purchased from the bar at most lodges and camps
  2. The hotels offer two bottles of drinking water in the rooms on complimentary basis
  3. This Safari is conducted in a Landcruiser with 7 window seats maximum.
  4. Our vehicles are not air conditioned as they have open tops so air conditioning will not work
  5. Game driving is restricted to a maximum time of 8 hrs a day as your guide’s daily duty time.
  1. Kenya is Visa free but you need to do a mandatory electronic travel authorisation which you can do at www.etakenya.go.ke
  2. Baggage must be packed in soft suitcases or Duffel bags only and a maximum of 15 Kgs per person and 7 Kgs of Hand Baggage on Safari.
  3. For Arrivals after 2 pm, guests must spend the first night in Nairobi as they cannot proceed to the National Parks.

  5. Comfortable shoes or boots for walking and a pair of flip flops

  9. Please note that internal flights only allow 15 kgs of maximum baggage.
  10. Extra weight will have to be paid for directly by yourself

Payment Policy

Our Payment policy is as follows:
For International and Domestic Air tickets a 100 % prepayment must be received at the time of confirmation of the booking. These are subject to penalties of various kinds and therefore please confer with us to ascertain what is applicable.

Payments are required as follows unless otherwise agreed:
50 % deposit upon confirmation of the Safari if booked more than 90 days in advance. Balance payable 60 days prior to arrival. In case the Safari is booked within 59 days, full prepayment is required at the time of booking. All Bank Charges are to be borne by the clients or agents.

Cancellation Policy

The following Cancellation policy is application:
Over 90 days- Nil Penalty
89- 60 days- 20% Penalty
59- 45 days- 33% Penalty
44- 30 days- 50% Penalty
29- 15 days- 75% Penalty
Less than 14 days- No refund at all
