Day 1 DESTINATION DUBAI

Depart from your International Airport on Emirates for your flight to Hanoi. Connect via their Dubai Hub. Enjoy the luxurious on board service and fine food and wine as you arrive into Hanoi the next day.

Day 2WELCOME TO HANOI

Welcome to Vietnam! Upon your arrival in Hanoi City, our driver and guide will welcome you at Noi Bai airport and transfer you to the hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is yours to explore this fascinating city and its bustling streets.
Note: Standard check-in time is 14:00/15:00 & Early check-in is excluded.
Dinner is served at a local restaurant.(-/-/D).

Day 3HANOI - FULL DAY CITY TOUR - WATER PUPPET SHOW

Breakfast at the hotel. The day starts with a visit to the complex dedicated to Ho Chi Minh, the nation’s founder, containing Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum, and his house on stilts. This complex also comprises the One Pillar Pagoda, whose origins date back to the foundation of the city. Visit Tran Quoc Pagoda- Hanoi’s oldest pagoda on the bank of West Lake.
Visit Van Mieu- Quoc Tu Giam, the Temple of Literature & Vietnam’s first university, constructed in the 11th century, the gardens and well-preserved architecture offer a relaxing glimpse into Vietnam's past. You then take a cyclo (rickshaw) ride around the Old Quarter streets which were named after the specific goods once offered for sale at these places. Stop at Hoan Kiem Lake for photos & visit Ngoc Son Temple. Later, we enjoy the Water Puppet Show. Water puppetry as a folk-art form evolved from serving everyday people to a show for royalty and is cherished as an intangible cultural heritage of Vietnam. Dinner is served at a local restaurant.(B/-/D)

Day 4HANOI TO HALONG BAY – OVERNIGHT ON CRUISE

This morning we will depart for Halong Bay, one of the most stunning natural wonders of Vietnam. After breakfast at our hotel in Hanoi we will be heading out to Ha Long Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Around 12:00, we arrive at your jetty in Halong City towards noon and proceed with check-in formalities. After your welcome onboard, lunch will be served while cruising towards the bay itself. In the afternoon, enjoy some visits and/or activities (depending on each boat’s itinerary) or just spend some time relaxing on board. Towards the end of the day the boat sets anchor for the night among the karst formations. Dinner is served on board.

Day 5HALONG BAY TO HO CHI MINH

Enjoy your fresh morning in the middle of the bay, the sun rises on Halong in the morning and breakfast is served (brunch on some boats) while the vessels cruise slowly through the magnificent rock formations and back towards port. Disembark and transfer directly to Noibai airport to take a flight to Ho Chi Minh city. You are free at leisure at the hotel.
Enjoy Dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 6HO CHI MINH – VESPA TOUR - HALF DAY CITY TOUR

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
This morning, we experience the excitement of modern day Ho Chi Minh City riding pillion on our vintage Vespas. Get off the crowded tourist trail to visit some fascinating places and sites that you could never find on your own.
Description: Starting the ride in the busy city streets to a Cafe in central Saigon where we enjoy the morning coffee with the bird lovers before visiting the famous and thought invoking Burning Monk Memorial Statue. Our adventurous mix of historic landmarks and hidden treasures continues as we soak up the local culture at a fresh flower market and then a bright and vibrant fabric market. We zoom through Saigon traffic on the back of our comfortable Vespas to the captivating Chinese district, visiting a traditional medicine street with traditional medical herb shops, an ancient Buddhist temple and a hidden Chinese pagoda. Our final ride takes us into the heart of Saigon to see some classic city landmarks. Firstly, see the French architectural influences of the famous Saigon Post Office and beautiful Notre Dame Cathedral (outside only), before we end with a short history lesson outside the striking Independence Palace. Let our local guides show you their city, their Saigon.
Tour Time: Departs daily at either 8:00 or 13:00 and lasts for 4 hours.
Stops include: Bird lover’s club café, Burning Monk Memorial, flower market, Chinatown of Saigon, Chinese Temple, accessory market, herbal medicine shop, Pagoda of 10,000 Buddhas, riverbank, Saigon Post Office, Notre Dame Cathedral (outside only), Independence Palace (outside only).
This afternoon, meet our tour guide and driver to depart Thien Hau Pagodas, which is dedicated to the Goddess of the Sea. Explore the highlights of this fascinating area, beginning with intricate friezes, carved tableau and impressive incense coils make for some great photos. Then observe street life through the narrow streets to Binh Tay market that sells everything from clothes to dried squid.
Then continue to visit the War Remnants Museum where there is a vast display of both the Indochina wars. In the courtyard massive military vehicles are for exhibition as well as tiger cages for the visitor to get a feel on how it was to be a prisoner during wartime. In the museum building itself, each floor will represent a separate theme from the war and the war crimes committed towards the Vietnamese people.

Day 7HO CHI MINH - CU CHI TUNNELS - FREE AT LEISURE

Breakfast at the hotel. Then, we head out to Cu Chi tunnels, through urbanized areas and a typically lush southern Vietnamese countryside. Discover a vast network of underground passageways built and used by the Viet Cong to evade detection as they moved troops and supplies throughout Ho Chi Minh City’s northern districts. The tunnel complex was dug in 1948 for the guerrillas to hide from French air and ground sweeps. It also served as communication routes and food and weapon caches as well as hospitals and living quarters for guerrilla fighters throughout the American war. Visit the underground villages to better understand the tunnels’ history, life in the tunnels and the Vietnamese’s resilience during the combats.
Transfer back to the city for free at leisure
In the evening, transfer to have dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 8HO CHI MINH – MEKONG DELTA - BEN TRE

Breakfast at the hotel. Leave Ho Chi Minh City for Ben Tre city. Upon arrival, begin your boat cruise to the Ham Luong river and get over Long Thành island visiting coconut shell charcoal workshop. Continue your cruise to Mỏ Cày. Stop to explore the area with a visit to a coconut processing workshop. Take xe Lam (motor cart) Stop to visit a local workshop (drums making), ride on the sampan along the canal to Mr Ba Vạn ‘s house with fruit tasting and have a short walk in the village before cruising to the local house for a delicious lunch of local specialties.

Day 9HOMEBOUND

Breakfast at the hotel. Today our guide & driver will transfer you to visit the bustling Ben Thanh/Binh Tay Market or Vincom Mall (shopping time from 09:00 – 12:00) to enjoy shopping. Free at leisure until transferring to the airport for your departure flight back home.
Note:Late check-out until 16:00 PM at the hotel is included in our package. (B/-/-)

Payment Policy

Our Payment policy is as follows:
For International and Domestic Air tickets a 100 % prepayment must be received at the time of confirmation of the booking. These are subject to penalties of various kinds and therefore please confer with us to ascertain what is applicable.

Payments are required as follows unless otherwise agreed:
50 % deposit upon confirmation of the Safari if booked more than 90 days in advance. Balance payable 60 days prior to arrival. In case the Safari is booked within 59 days, full prepayment is required at the time of booking. All Bank Charges are to be borne by the clients or agents.

Cancellation Policy

The following Cancellation policy is application:
Over 90 days- Nil Penalty
89- 60 days- 20% Penalty
59- 45 days- 33% Penalty
44- 30 days- 50% Penalty
29- 15 days- 75% Penalty
Less than 14 days- No refund at all
